How much does it cost to rent a moonwalk?

Our rentals start as low as $110.00 for a full day.

How long is a full day?

We will arrive to set up between 9am and 12pm and return to take it down between 6pm and 8pm. Exact times depend on our delivery schedule, however we are more than willing to work with you if you have specific needs.

Can I arrange for different set up and take down times?

Sure! We will do our best to arrange our delivery schedule around your schedule. While we cannot accommodate these requests every time, we will work with you to ensure that you are not inconvenienced.

Do I have to have the moonwalk delivered; can I pick it up myself?

Unfortunately, no. Due to safety concerns, we are required to set up and take down every rental. This ensures your safety, as the units can be very heavy, as well as allows us an opportunity to review the rules and regulations regarding the operation of the unit. SAFETY FIRST!

Are your units clean?

Our units are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.

How large are your moonwalks?

How much room do I need to set up?

For our outdoor units, a 20' x 20' area that is level, clear of any rocks, sticks, roots, etc that could puncture the bounce is required. Also, if you have an in-ground sprinkler system, make sure it is turned off and the sprinkler heads are not engaged.

We live in an apartment/townhouse and don't have a yard large enough, how can we still have a party for our child?

It's true...many apartments/townhouses don't provide a lot of room in for a bounce. However, there are alternatives. Some potential ideas:

  • Use a relatives house for the party
  • For communions and other church related events, look into using your church grounds
  • If for a birthday, combine parties with your child's friend that has a birthday close to your child's.

How many kids can safely bounce at once?

Depends on the size of the moonwalk and the bouncers, however we provide the following maximum capacity numbers.

How does the bounce stay inflated?

The moonwalk is inflated with a fully enclosed blower motor unit that must stay on the entire time the bounce unit is being used. The design of the blower is such that no moving parts are exposed. This is a very important safety feature that you should take into account whenever considering a rental. The blower unit must be located within ~100 feet of an electrical outlet.

Can we set up the bounce on concrete or asphalt?

For safety reasons, we require the moonwalk be placed on a level, grassy area.

How do you keep the bounce from floating away?

While they are full of air, the moonwalks themselves are quite heavy. However, they do need to be staked down to avoid them "walking" around. To accomplish this we use large stakes that are driven into the ground. While these stakes do not go deep enough to hit utility lines, please let us know if we will be setting up near items such as drainage lines or sprinkler lines.

The location that we wish to use is not close to electrical power, I guess we can't have a bounce?

Don't let that stop you. You may rent a generator from Home Depot and we also rent generators that will power the blowers that inflate the moonwalk. 

What if it is windy or rainy on the day of my reservation?

If the local forecast is calling for high winds or rain on the morning of your reservation, we will contact you via phone to reschedule your reservation for another day. Rescheduling is based on availability for the day requested. If you feel that rain or wind is a concern, please bring this to our attention PRIOR to your moonwalk being delivered. No Refunds will be provided once the moonwalk is delivered. Jumping Jingle Moonwalks LLC reserves the right to cancel a rental and provide a full refund of your monies excluding deposit and Insurance Certificate Blankets  if it is raining or rain is inevitable. Deposit will be credited to your next event up to 6 months excluding Holiday and Holiday Weekends unless your previous rescheduled Event was on a Holiday are a Holiday Weekend. If Jumping Jingle Moonwalks provide special pricing to schools, churches and other non-profit organizations then the event will be rescheduled per the date of the customer if availability of the items permit.

What do I do in the event that we receive unexpected rain or high wind during our rental?

Given the frequency of afternoon thundershowers and storms in our area, this is a valid concern. It is important to remember that the moonwalk’s blower is powered by electricity and that electricity and water don't mix well. If rain is encountered, ask everyone to quickly and calmly exit the moonwalk. Once it is emptied, unplug the blower and allow the unit to deflate. DO NOT USE THE UNIT IN THE RAIN OR HIGH WINDS! Once the weather has passed, plug the blower back in, allow the unit to inflate and have an adult dry the interior with a towel. This is very important, as the vinyl is very slippery when wet. Once dry, the moonwalk can be utilized again.

What do we do if there is an emergency?

In the case of an emergency, have everyone exit the bounce calmly and quickly contact Jumping Jingle Moonwalks LLC 281-431-8768 immediately.

What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bounce?

Our contract requires that an adult over the age of 21 be home when the moonwalk is setup. We will review the features of the bounce with this individual, as well as our safety regulations. Additionally, we will review our emergency procedures with this individual at the time of setup. An adult over the age of 21 MUST accompany the bounce anytime the moonwalk is inflated. This person is responsible for the safety of the children, as well as, the care of the equipment by making sure that ALL safety rules and regulations are followed. Aside from safety items, it is the responsibility of the renter to provide for electrical power with 75ft of the bounce and a level, open 20' x 20' area to set up in.

Can you provide an attendant with our rental?

Absolutely! We will happily provide an attendant for your rental to free you from having to worry about who is watching the bounce. This must be requested on the day the reservation is made and there is an attendant charge of $25/hour or $150 for 8 hours.

How safe are moonwalks?

As long as the safety rules are followed moonwalks are very safe. In fact, most accidents that arise from the use of moonwalks are a direct result of the renters not following the posted safety rules by allowing the unit to be overloaded, allowing the unit to be used in high winds, etc.

How do I reserve a unit?

Take a look at our inventory and our availability to determine if the moonwalk or item that you would like to rent is available. You may submit a reservation request via our contact us via email at or via phone at (281)431-8768 and we will confirm your reservation request.

Does the Company rent out generators?

Yes we do rent out generators but we do recommend to our customers that they can rent a generator from Home Depot or Lowes. And that in the case that our generator fails Jumping Jingle Moonwalks is not liable for the event which is held by the customer.

How can I pay for the unit?

While Visa,Master, Amex, Discover Credit Cards is the ole standby, we will happily accept cash. Balance is due in full at the time of setup. If an Insurance Blanket is issued for Parks, Schools, Church or any Commercial Establishment  there will be a  fee is $125.00 which is about a 1 week process turn around from the Insurance Company which is NON-REFUNDABLE and Company Policy. The Inflatable Insurance Company will then provide you with the Insurance Certificate and also email Jumping Jingle Moonwalks with a copy. The  delivery person will provide you with a copy of the rules, review the safety procedures with you and collect final payment prior to setting up the unit.


Loss or Damage Policy

Responsibility for moonwalks or equipment remains with the Lessee from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure moonwalk or equipment is secure when not in use and protected from weather. You will be charged for damaged and/or missing items.

We primarily serve Sugar Land, Pearland,Fresno,Arcola and Missouri City.and Houston However, we are happy to deliver anywhere in Southwest Houston area.

Do you provide special pricing to schools, churches and other non-profit organizations?

Absolutely! call us at 832-594-6697 for details. We would love to work with you. Please note that a moonwalk can make a great compliment to a non-profit fundraiser, such as a carwash or other event. While the parents are getting the car washed, it provides some fun for the kids and also provides instant "curb appeal" for your function.
